Newsletter and Downloadable Materials Terms

1. General provisions

These terms govern the electronic service of delivering newsletters and educational materials (worksheets, exercises, guides) by Adriana Guściora (hereinafter: Service Provider).

The service is provided through the MailerLite platform (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania/EU) to the email address provided by the User.

2. Definitions

• Newsletter: periodic email messages containing educational content about relationship psychology, communication in relationships, and personal development.
• Downloadable materials (lead magnet): one-time educational materials (worksheets, exercises, PDF guides) provided in exchange for an email address.
• User: a natural person who has subscribed to the newsletter or downloaded materials.

3. Terms of use

To use the service, the User must:

• Have an active email address
• Consent to receiving messages by providing their email in the subscription form
• Accept these terms and the privacy policy

Newsletter subscription and material downloads are free and voluntary.

4. Scope of service

The service includes:

• Educational materials for download (upon subscription)
• Periodic emails with tips, exercises, and educational content
• Information about new materials, services, and events

The Service Provider does not guarantee a specific frequency of newsletter delivery. Content is educational in nature and does not constitute psychological or therapeutic advice.

5. Copyright

All materials provided through the newsletter and for download are the intellectual property of the Service Provider and are protected by copyright law.

The User may use the materials solely for personal use. Distribution, copying, selling, or sharing materials with third parties without written consent from the Service Provider is prohibited.

6. Unsubscribing

The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by:

• Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email
• Sending an email to [email protected]

Unsubscription is effective immediately. The Service Provider will remove the email address from the mailing list within 48 hours.

7. Personal data

Personal data processing rules are described in the privacy policy.

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding the service can be submitted to [email protected]. The Service Provider will address complaints within 14 business days.

9. Changes to terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of changes via email 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Act on Providing Electronic Services and the Civil Code. For EU users, applicable EU consumer protection regulations also apply.
