Terms of Service

§ 1. General provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules and conditions for the provision of consultation and mediation services by Adriana Guściora (hereinafter: "Service Provider").

Booking a consultation or mediation constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Client: a natural person using the Services
  • Service: initial consultation, individual consultation, couples consultation, infertility support, teen consultation, or mediation
  • Initial consultation: a free 20-minute session
  • Individual consultation: a 50-minute session
  • Couples consultation: a 60-minute session
  • Infertility support: a 60-minute session (for couples) or 50-minute session (individual)
  • Teen consultation: a 50-minute session for a person aged 11-19
  • Mediation: a series of at least 3 sessions, consisting of individual meetings with each party (50 minutes each) and a joint mediation session (90 minutes)
  • Minor: a person under 18 years of age
  • Platform: Google Meet, through which Services are provided

§ 3. Types and scope of services

The Service Provider offers the following online services:

  • Initial consultation (20 min, free)
  • Individual consultations (50 min)
  • Couples consultations (60 min)
  • Infertility support (60 min for couples or 50 min individual)
  • Teen consultations (50 min, for people aged 11-19)
  • Mediation (a series of at least 3 sessions: individual meetings with each party 50 min each + joint session 90 min)

All services are provided via the Google Meet platform.

Services for minors (aged 11-19): teen consultations are provided only with the consent and knowledge of a parent or legal guardian. The inquiry for a minor is submitted by a parent or legal guardian via the inquiry form available on the "Teen consultations" subpage, providing their contact details and consenting to the minor's participation in the consultation and to the processing of the minor's personal data, including data concerning health (Art. 9 GDPR). The Service Provider does not provide services directly to persons under 18 years of age without the consent of their legal representative. The party to the service contract for a minor is the parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must be present at the first consultation to confirm consent to conducting consultations with a minor. The exception is people who have turned 18.

§ 4. Technical requirements

To use the Services, you need:

  • A device with Internet access (computer, tablet, or phone)
  • A web browser supporting Google Meet
  • Camera and microphone
  • Stable Internet connection
  • An active email address

§ 5. Booking

Appointments are booked online via Google Calendar, where the Client selects a suitable date and time.

Bookings for teen consultations and for mediation are made via the inquiry form available on the website; the date is arranged individually after the Service Provider makes contact. For teen consultations, the inquiry is submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

§ 6. Payments

Current pricing is available on the homepage.

Payment can be made via:

  • Blik to the Service Provider's phone number
  • Bank transfer with the reference: "consultation [date] [Client's full name]"

Payment must be completed no later than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the reserved slot will be forfeited.

§ 7. Cancellation and rescheduling

The Client may cancel or reschedule a consultation no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time by sending an email to [email protected].

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

§ 8. Complaints

Complaints regarding the Services can be submitted by email to [email protected].

A complaint should include:

  • Client's full name
  • Email address used for booking
  • Description and reason for the complaint

The Service Provider will review the complaint within 14 business days from the date of receipt and inform the Client of the outcome by email.

§ 9. Downloadable materials and newsletter

The Service Provider may offer free educational materials (worksheets, exercises) through the website. Downloading materials requires providing an email address and consenting to personal data processing.

Materials and newsletters are distributed via MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania/EU). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email.

§ 10. Right of withdrawal

Clients who are consumers have the right to withdraw from the service contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion (booking), without giving a reason, by sending a statement via email to [email protected].

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Service Provider has fully performed the Service with the Client's express consent, and the Client was informed before the commencement of the service that they would lose the right of withdrawal upon performance (Art. 38(1) of the Consumer Rights Act).

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the fee paid will be refunded within 14 days to the account from which payment was made.

§ 11. Intellectual property

All materials provided by the Service Provider (worksheets, exercises, newsletter content) are the intellectual property of the Service Provider and are protected by copyright law.

The Client receives a non-exclusive licence to use downloaded materials solely for personal use. Sharing materials with third parties, reselling, or public distribution without the written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

§ 12. Liability

The services provided by the Service Provider are of a consultative nature and do not constitute psychotherapy or treatment within the meaning of healthcare legislation.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for decisions made by the Client based on information obtained during consultations.

§ 13. Personal data protection

The rules for processing Clients' personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

§ 14. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Clients who are consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms. Information on consumer dispute resolution bodies in the EU is available at: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

§ 15. Amendments to the Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms in case of:

  • Changes in the scope or form of services provided
  • Changes in applicable legislation
  • Technical changes to the website

Clients will be informed of any changes through the publication of a new version on the website.

§ 16. Final provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

These Terms enter into force on 19 February 2026.
