Psychological support for teenagers aged 11-19, in a safe and caring space.
Adolescence can be full of tension: intense emotions, doubts about oneself, difficult relationships with peers or family, school pressure, and questions about identity. Teen consultations are a space where a young person can feel heard and talk about what they are going through without judgement.
In working with a teenager I pay attention, among other things, to recurring schemas of thinking and reacting, and to the relationship with parents, which can be especially important during adolescence. I help them name emotions, understand themselves and their needs, and look for ways of coping with difficulties. Depending on the situation, sessions may also include a conversation with the parents, always respecting the teenager's trust.
The sessions are intended for young people aged 11 to 19. We work at a pace suited to their needs, in an atmosphere of safety and mutual respect.
A parent or legal guardian must be present at the first consultation to confirm consent to conducting consultations with a minor. The exception is people who have turned 18.
